To use Bento Nest services, you must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain password confidentiality. Sharing one account among multiple users is prohibited, and accounts may be suspended if unauthorized use is discovered.
Product Orders and Delivery
Product orders are processed based on inventory availability and delivery area coverage. Cancellations after order confirmation may be restricted depending on product preparation status. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or delivery failures due to force majeure, but will consider alternative measures when possible.
Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed at the time of ordering and only approved payment methods are accepted. For defective products or damage during shipping, we will provide refunds or exchanges if contacted within 30 days. Returns for customer convenience are accepted within 14 days only for unused and unopened items.
Subscription Services
Subscription services automatically renew and continue unless canceled 24 hours before the next billing date. Plan changes apply from the next billing cycle, and services remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content, design, logos, and trademarks on this site are the intellectual property of our company or third parties and unauthorized use is prohibited.
